1. Previously, the matter was listed on 03/02/2020 and despite of being called up twice for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today also, it was called up twice but none appeared to represent the appellant. In these circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
