Agrawal Order On Board 20/06/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to file reply to the notice issued by respondent No. 2- Municipal Corporation within a period of three weeks from today and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner files reply to the notice issued by Municipal Corporation within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of six weeks from the receipt thereof by the respondent No. 2 - Municipal Corporation in accordance with law.

(4) Interim order granted earlier shall remain in force for a period of 10 weeks. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
