2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 4, who is junior to the
petitioner, has been promoted as Shiksha Karmi Grade I from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II, whereas petitioner's case has not been considered and she has not been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade I for which she has made representations dated 07/04/2011 and 27/01/2011 (Annexure P/3) but they have not been considered by respondent No. 3 till date, as such, appropriate direction may be given for consideration of petitioner's representations in accordance with law.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's representations (Annexure P/3) strictly in accordance with law within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties effected. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
