This Court by order dated 31-01-2018, issued notice to respondent No.3. which returned unserved with a report that respondent No.3 Smt. Keja Bai has died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the death of respondent No.3, the instant writ petition be disposed of having become infructuous reserving the liberty to the petitioner to make its claim afresh as and when contingency arises.
