Agrawal Order On Board 02/08/2018 (1) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to respondent No. 5 not to construct the drainage on the road in between Barbhata Chowk to Saraswati Shishu Mandir under the Gram Panchayat Godhi. (2) Per contra, counsel for the respondent No. 5 would submit that on the request of Gram Panchayat, the drainage has been constructed. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file civil suit before the jurisdictional civil court for redresssal of his grievances, if any, as the drainage has already been
constructed.
