2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that criminal trial initiated by the complainant is pending consideration since 15.04.2015 for the offence under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and that has not been yet concluded.

3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, It would be expedient to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambikapur, to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
