1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application under Section 3 and 4 of the Chhattisgarh Nagriya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradhan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1984 before the Collector, Koriya in the year 1993 for grant of patta in his favour, which has not been considered and decided by the Collector.
2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Koriya is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of patta within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear this this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
