Perused PUD dated 10.01.2019 received from First Additional Sessions Judge, Durg which shows that appellant Ganeshlal Meshram, who has been convicted under Sections 7 & 13(i)(d) and 13(ii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, died on 01.8.2018. A copy of the death certificate of the appellant is also enclosed.

As no legal representative of the appellant has applied for leave to continue the appeal, this appeal has become abated on account of death of appellant as per Section 394 of the CrPC. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as having become abated.
