1. Challenge in this petition is to the Annexure P-1 which is a demand notice dated 11.07.2011 which was issued to the petitioner for recovery of an amount as a Revenue Recovery Certificate.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that as per the instructions the loan has been settled for which the notice Annexure P-1 was issued.
3. In view of the above submission, the Revenue Recovery
Certificate which appears to be of 2011 since the submission has been made that the loan has already been settled, the writ petition has become infructuous.
