1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the Court's order dated 31.10.2017, now the petitioner has been posted in the same school wherefrom she was placed under suspension. A copy of order dated 1.12.2017 was placed before the Court for perusal.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition need not be kept pending as the order appears to have been complied with.
