1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for the following relief :- "7.1 That the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to ensure the security of the petitioners and their property situated

at village Bodsara, commonly known as Bodsara Bada and other agricultural land.

7.3 This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass any other orders, issue any such writ or direction in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. So far as relief No. 7.2 is concerned by efflux of time and by way of interim directions given by this Court had directed that the grievance of the petitioner seems to have got redressed. The petitioner now seeks relief that the property of the petitioners should be further protected. This Court on an earlier occasion had directed the State Government to submit its report in this regard. The State Government recently vide their submission dated 28.06.2019 have submitted that they have already taken steps to ensure that property situated at Village Bodsara commonly known as Bodsara Bada and the agricultural land adjacent to it be given protection by deputing Arms Guard(1+4) on continuous basis.

3. The State Government further has submitted the report that the law and order situation as of now is under well control.

Given the fact that respondent have now given a submission that they are taking steps to giving adequate protection to the Bodsara Bada and the agricultural land belonging to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that grievance of the petitioner as of now stands redressed and writ petition accordingly stands disposed off at this stage.

5. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in the event if any subsequent untoward incident or threat that arises. It is expected that respondent State shall continue to extend the

protection that is being given for the Bodsara Bada and shall also ensure that all necessary steps would be taken to ensure that the law and order situation is also kept under control.
