Learned counsel for the State has filed a report dated 14.02.2019, received from Office of Police Station - Kawardha, District - Kabirdham.

It is reported that the accused/applicant in both the aforesaid revision

petition Nos. 804/2008 and 805/2008 has died on 20.06.2009. A death certificate is also annexed with the said report regarding the death of the applicant.

Since, applicant has died, his revisions (CRR No.804/2008 and 805/2008) are abated.
