1. At the outset, counsel for the petitioners in WP Nos. 2377/2006, 3939/2006 & 4141/2006 prays for withdrawal of the writ petitions with liberty to approach the concerned trial Court in the light of the observations that were made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in one of the recent decisions in the case of "Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Etc. v. Mrs. Pramila Virendra Kumar Agrawal & Anr. Etc." decided on 25th September, 2019 in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1489-1490 of 2019.

2. Reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the concerned trial Court in respect of the grievance that they have particularly in respect of the manner in which the sanction has been granted for initiating the prosecution against the petitioners, the present writ petitions stand disposed of.
