1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation (Annexure P/6) for grant of regular pay scale as respondent No. 2 has already made the recommendation to

respondent No. 1, but that has not been considered and decided.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No. 1/competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within three weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
