Lakheshwar Prasad Sahu v. State Of Chhattisgarh
NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Writ Petition (S) No. 74 of 2019 Lakheshwar Prasad Sahu S/o late Shri Muni Ram Sahu, Aged About 38 Years, Working As Lecturer (Panchayat) At Govt. Higher Secondary School Bareli, Block Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh ---- Petitioner
Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary, Department Of Panchayat And Rural Development, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Naya Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh
2. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Baloda Bazar Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri Govind Dewangan, Advocate For State :
Shri Jitendra Pali, Dy. A.G.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 10/01/2019 Heard on admission.
1.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Lecturer (Panchayat) and he has completed 7 years service on the same post. Neither has he been given Kramonnati nor has he been given Samayman Vetanman (time bound pay scale) and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. To this, counsel for the State has no objection.
2.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. In the eventuality of making any representation by the petitioner highlighting his grievances, the same is expected to be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.
4.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law.
