1. PUD has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh, requesting for extension of time upto 31.1.2020 to conclude the trial in Criminal Case No.170/2008.

2. In the order passed by this Court in MCRC No.4881/2019 vide order dated 2.9.2019 in which direction was issued to the concerned Court to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months. Presiding Officer of the concerned Court has made a prayer to extend the time upto 31.1.2020.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended upto 31.1.2020 further for disposal of the case concerned
