1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

Mr.Sunil Otwani, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents/State, would submit that after filing of writ petition the petitioner was admitted to privilege of parole from 8.1.2019 to 17.1.2019, 27.10.2019 to 07.11.2019 and 5.4.2020 to 27.4.2020 and thereafter in view of the order passed by the High Power Committee constituted in compliance of the order of the Supreme
Court of India dated 23.3.2020 in the matter of In Re : Contagion of COVID 19 Virus in Prisons (Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.1/2020) parole has been granted to the petitioner and till now he is enjoying.
