1. Ms Deepali Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit pursuant to direction issued by this Court in first round of litigation, entitlement of the petitioner has already been decided by respondent No.2 on 29.12.2012 (Annexure P-7) holding that the petitioner is entitled for a sum of ₹83,948.90, but that is still being not paid to him.

2. The petitioner is at liberty to bring into notice of respondent No.1. On being informed, respondent No.1 is shall do well to consider and ensure that the said

amount is disbursed to the petitioner by respondent No.2, if already not disbursed, within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the representation is made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 within two weeks from today.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
