Learned counsel for the appellant informs that the appellant has expired and none of the LRs of the appellant are interested in prosecuting this appeal.

Learned State counsel submits that the report has been received from SHO, Police Station Gaurela, District Bilaspur informing that appellant - Fakhruddin Ahmed Khan has expired on 9.4.2018. 3.

Certified copy of the death certificate has been attached with the PUD. 4.

On account of death of the appellant, this appeal stands abated. 5.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of.
