Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Director (Geology and Mining) / State Government.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
