Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 02.01.2019 Challenge in the present writ petition was the order of transfer dated 10.08.2017 transferring the petitioner from Govt. Primary School, Okhra, Block Dhamdha to Govt. Primary School, Aheri, Block Dhamdha, District Durg (CG).

Perusal of the record would show that there was no interim order in favour of the petitioner. Under the circumstances, in all probability, the petitioner must have by now joined at the transferred place i.e. at Aheri, Block Dhamdha and the petition as such left with only academic interest.

In the given facts, this court does not intend to proceed further with the writ petition and the same stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
