1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Coal India on 24.04.2020 has issued general directed to all the subsidiary companies that in case all acceptable or deficient results are received for supply of coal, then the credit note shall be issued within a stipulated time within a target date of 30.04.2020. He further submits that the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.08.2020 (Annexure -14) whereby certain supply of coal was made and against case of quality certain credit note was to be issued by Respondent No. 3, however the credit note has not been issued
till date, therefore he prays that the representation may be decided within stipulated time according to direction dated 24.04.2020.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object the fact that they will decide the representation.
3. Considering the fact, without any observation on the merit as to the entitlement of the petitioner, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2020 within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
