The present writ petition is of the year 2010 and the challenge in the present writ petition was the initiation of a departmental enquiry against the petitioner. Eight years down the line much development must have transpired. Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may not be interested in pursuing the writ petition, hence this Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
