1. The petitioner's application for grant of parole has been rejected by The Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Raigarh (C.G.) dated 07/11/2019 against which, this writ petition has been preferred.

2. Mr. Siddiqui, learned State Counsel would submit that the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Raigarh would reconsider the matter within 15 days from today.

3. In view of his submission, the order dated 07/11/2019 is hereby quashed and the case will be reconsidered preferably within 15 days from today on its own merits, in accordance with law.
