Mr. Awadh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though the petitioner has worked as Labourer with the respondent No.3, but the salary for the period May, 2012 to December, 2012 has not been paid to the petitioner, for which the petitioner has also made representation to the respondent

authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till date.

Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioner's representation shall be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within 3 weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
