Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 1 3 /0 2 /201 (1) The petitioner was reverted on the post of Patwari, against which he preferred review petition on 17.02.1988 before the State Government and the review petition has been dismissed by the State Government by non-speaking and un-reasoned order.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the State and perused the order impugned with utmost circumspection.

(3) A careful perusal of the order passed by the State Government would show that the review petition has been dismissed by nonspeaking and un-reasoned order whereas several grounds have been raised, which ought to have been considered while rejecting the application review petition filed by the petition, which has not been done

and, therefore, the impugned order is set aside. The matter is remitted back to the State Government to hear and decide the review application after hearing the affected parties, if any, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated hereinabove.
