By efflux of time the grievance of the petitioner seems to have become infructuous for the reason that the challenge was to the advertisement dated 19.09.2009 and there appears to be no interim order granted in favour of the petitioner against the said advertisement and the said advertisement has been acted upon and all selected candidates also have been appointed as such, the petition has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
