Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, since the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition or in other words, the petitioner does not want to contest the case, the writ petition simply stands dismissed as withdrawn. The objection of the counsel for the respondents is also taken note of the fact that, there is no agreement or settlement between the parties in respect of the dispute. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
