1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been intimated by the petitioner that the order passed by this Court stands complied with to the extent that the objection filed by the petitioner has since been decided.

2. Given the fact that the objection raised by the petitioner stands decided, the order passed by this Court in WPC No. 2658/2020 on 09.11.2020 stands duly complied with.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent development if need so arises.
