None had appeared even when the case is called earlier on 24.09.2018, 08.06.2021 and 14.07.2021. Even today, when the matter is called twice, no one is appearing for the appellant nor any representation is made on her behalf.

In the above circumstance and in absence of representation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
