The relief sought for by the Petitioner in this case was a direction to the Respondent for considering his case for regularization. 2.

The Petitioner's date of birth in service book shows that he has born in the year 1950. In due course of time he must have definitely crossed the age of superannuation and is no longer in service.

Under these circumstances at the efflux of time the petition has become infructuous and dismissed as having become infructuous. However, in case if the Petitioner feels that his grievance still survive, he would be at liberty to move an appropriate application.
