1. Perused the P.U.D received from Central Jail, Ambikapur, DistrictSurguja (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been already released from jail on 07.02.2013 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that she doesn't want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
