Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have been served with the notice dated 17.02.2017 stating to demolish the house of the petitioners for the purpose of widening of road from Aamapara to Telghani Naka, Raipur. He would further submit that the petitioners have already objected to the same, but that has not been considered and decided by the Municipal Corporation, Raipur.

Be that as it may, the respondent- Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioners for compensation, if any, if the petitioners' land has been required for widening of road within a

period of one month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
