This petition has been brought with a prayer for rectification in the name of applicant which is mentioned in the order dated 14-12-2018 passed in MCRCA No.1578 of 2018 by this Court.

It is submitted that the actual name of applicant is "Hiradas Mahant", whereas, it has been erroneously mentioned in the impugned order as "Haridas Mahant" because of which the applicant has been unable to take benefit of the relief granted by this Court.

Perused the record of MCRCA No.1578 of 2018 and it is found that name of the applicant has been erroneously mentioned in the impugned order, therefore, the application is allowed. It is ordered that in the order dated 14-122018 passed in MCRCA No.1578 of 2018 the name of the applicant be hereinafter read as Hiradas Mahant instead of Haridas Mahant. 4.

Copy of this order be made part of the record of MCRCA No.1578 of 2018.
