Since respondent No.2 is already represented, no further notice is necessary.

It is directed that within a month from the date of this order, respondent No.2 shall furnish a bail bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety before the trial Court so as to procure his attendance before this Court as and when needed. List the case for final hearing.
