Shri Jitendra Pali, Dy. Advocate General for the State. Yesterday the matter was adjourned for today directing the State counsel to seek instructions in the matter. Today, learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the election programme for Gram Panchayat, Doda has been stayed.

Given the said facts that the respondents have stayed further election proceedings of Gram Panchayat, Doda, the grievance of the petitioner as of now stands redressed.

Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the court in the event of any further eventuality, if any, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
