(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the Conference held on 3.7.2018, the petitioner has supplied the tent, light, mike and catering materials to the respondent No. 2, thereafter, the bills of the aforesaid items were verified to be authenticated by the respondent No. 4 - Labour Officer, Labour Department, District Dhamtari and forwarded the same to the respondent No. 2, but till date the payment of the said bills has not been released, therefore, the petitioner submits that the undisputed amount should be released forthwith according to the recommendation of the Labour Officer, Labour Department, District Dhamtari. (3) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (4) Considering the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the
petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today for redressal of his grievances, and if such representation is filed, the same is expected to be decided by respondent No. 2 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
