Advocate for the State. 22.10.2018 The present writ petition originates when a petition was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal in the year 1992 which subsequently transferred to this High Court on abolition of the State Administrative Tribunal. Today, when the matter was called on two occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
