1. PUD has been received from the Central Jail, Jagdalpur, in which it has informed that the appellant has been released from jail after completion of sentence and deposit of fine on 13.4.2018.

2. None is appearing on behalf of the appellant which shows no interest is being taken in the prosecution of this case.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed off.
