The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 438 of CrPC, as she is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.243/2015, registered at Police Station Pussaure, District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of IPC and Section 4 of Karja Adhiniyam. 2.

The first bail application was dismissed on 18.05.2016 in MCRCA No.466/2016 on merits. Thereafter, the second bail application was also dismissed on 22.08.2016 in MCRCA No.898/2016. 3.
