Sam Koshy Order On Board 11.05.2018 Challenge in the present writ petition was to the recruitment process initiated for filling up the post of Civil Judge, Entry Level, 2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application which she had sent by post could not reach the High Court within time.

By efflux of time, the petition has become infructuous as the recruitment process itself has been concluded and the appointments have been made. Moreover, the recruitment process for all the subsequent years has also been undertaken and completed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
