The present writ petition was connected along with WPS No. 3229/2011. The said writ petition has already been disposed off by this Court holding the petition to have become infructuous.

Considering the nature of relief in the present writ petition also being similar, this Court is inclined to disposed off the present writ petition also as having become infructuous.

However, in case if the petitioners are aggrieved of any subsequent development that has transpired, the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate against the same by way of a fresh proceeding altogether. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
