02.02.2018 Ms.Sonia Kuldeep, Advocate for the appellants. Heard on I.A.No.1, which is an application for condonation of delay. Finding the reasons assigned in the said application to be satisfactory, I.A.No.1 is allowed and delay of 9 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.

Present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of MAC No.1257/2010 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 27/11/2017. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. Subject to the appellant paying cost of Rs.1,500/- to the High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society, Bilaspur within a period of 7 days from today, MAC No.1257/2010 shall stand restored to its original number.
