1) The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 10.3.2019 in connection with Crime No.63/2019, registered at Police Station- Nandini, Durg(CG) for offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the IPC.

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

3) Not opposed.

4) Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.is dismissed as withdrawn.
