1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, the proceeding was commenced under Section 14 for unpaid loan. Subsequently, the possession notice was issued under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act on 09.01.2020 by Annexure P-3. In the meanwhile, the petitioners preferred an appeal before the Bank for one time settlement as because of the pandemic and infection of Covid 19, they suffered a lot and as such they wanted to one time settlement, therefore, they filed an application to the Bank by Annexure P-4. The counsel prays for limited prayer that the said application may be decided.

-22. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the application filed by the petitioners shall be decided in accordance with law.

3. Considering the submission made, since one time settlement prayer has been made, the respondents may sympathetically consider the application of the petitioners Annexure P-4 in accordance to their prescribed norms and procedure.
