(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's juniors i.e. respondents No.4 & 5 have been promoted by respondent authorities overlooking his seniority for which he has made representation to the respondent No.2, which has not been considered and decided till this date, against which this writ petition has been filed.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
