It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent No.1 that a compromise is taken place between the parties. 2.

In the order sheet dated 27-11-2020 there is mention of compromise between the parties. Considering that the petitioner side is not represented and there appears to be no interest present in the part of the petitioner to prosecute this petition and also for the reason that the petitioner counsel is not appearing in this case, therefore, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this case.
