1. Perused the P.U.D received from Office of Superintendent, Central Jail, Ambikapur, District: Surguja (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been already released from jail on 26.03.2012 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
