authority, by which, the petitioner was dismissed from service. At the time when this petition was filed, appeal of the petitioner has remained pending. In the return, it has been disclosed, which has not been denied by the petitioner that the appeal of the petitioner has been partly allowed, the petitioner has been reinstated in service though, minor penalty has been imposed. This order, passed subsequently, has not been challenged in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court whether the order passed in appeal is challenged in a separate writ petition. He submits that at present, he has no instructions. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this petition.
