1. Non-bailable warrant issued by this Court returned with a note that appellant died on 14th March, 2014 at Gharghoda (Teram). Death certificate of appellant is annexed with the report, which is issued by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Govt. of Chhattisgarh.

2. As no legal representative of the appellant has applied for leave to continue the appeal, this appeal has become abated on account of death of appellant as per Section 394 of the CrPC.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as having become abated.
